Although lockdown is getting looser, plenty of people are out walking the pavements of Knighton. The architecture of Knighton is fascinating as is the bird life, so a lot of time can be spent looking up high. But it’s also worthwhile looking down at our pavements and what is growing in the cracks and gaps – especially this year as the council seem to have left their spraying later than usual.
Chris Cheetham has put together a gallery of some of the common and easily identified flowering plants that you are likely to see anywhere around here. Click on the picture if you don’t know its name.
Of course there is lots more to look for – so if you see anything interesting let us know by comment below or email a picture and we can add it to the gallery.
