On 16th May Sally Cunningham will be talking about Ecological Gardening at Knighton Wild’s meeting, which starts at 7.30 pm in the Lounge at Knighton Parish Centre, Church Lane, Knighton.

Sally is the author of ‘Ecological Gardening‘, published by Timber Press.  Ecological gardening is about how to grow not only for a healthy garden but being aware of your actions as a gardener on the wider environment.  Your aim is to create a garden which should not just buzz, but shrill, squirm and wiggle….

Sally is a lifelong organic gardener who works as an author and lecturer and supports wildlife trusts and community groups.

Sally’s talk will follow a short AGM, which starts at 7.30 pm.  The agenda is as follows.

1. Welcome, introductions and apologies
2. Minutes of the AGM 24th May 2017
3. Chair’s Report
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Election of Committee
6. AOB
7. Speaker: Sally Cunningham, Ecological Gardening

The minutes of the previous AGM are available on the website.

The current committee consists of: Simon Bennett (Secretary), Christine Cheetham, John Crookes (Chair), Uta Hamzaoui, Bev Hart, Steve Hart (Treasurer), Nicky Thompson.  We would welcome new members, especially someone interested in being the publicity officer.
